SEA OF LOVE, directed by Harold Becker, from a screenplay by Richard Price, opens nationally. On the hunt for a serial killer who preys on men advertising in a newspaper's lonely hearts column, an NYPD detective finds himself in a conflict of interest - not to mention possible danger - when he is drawn into a heady tryst with a femme fatalish blonde who just may be the perp he is looking for. Craftily constructed policier with Al Pacino in fine form after a four year hiatus. Co-starring John Goodman and Ellen Barkin.
