Jay Hernandez and Derek Richardson star as a couple of American college students whose sex and booze themed European vacation turns into a living nightmare when they are kidnapped and placed on the menu of a secret Slovakian torture facility where well-heeled, anonymous businessmen come to satisfy their sickest fantasies. Despite the de rigueur bloody decapitations and attendant viscera, a surprisingly taut, nail-biting thriller.
